It has been a bit of a nasty week in the fan film world, my thoughts are another blog entry so people can enjoy the news wrap.

There’s no new fan films out so we’ll check out how recent releases are going.

Daedalus is over a quarter of the way to 100,000 views, it is currently at 26,000 and it is deserving of every view it has received.

359 is 988 views away from the 10,000 view milestone, it is very surprising that this fan film hasn’t generated more views because it is an interesting addition to the Wolf 359 saga.

Potemkin Pictures recently passed 5000 subscribers for their YouTube channel, a great achievement and hopefully they’ll get to 10,000 subscribers soon.

Where Monsters Dwell is 184 views away from reaching 3,000 views, you got to see this fan film especially if scary villains are to your liking.

‘Siren’s Song’ is 73 views away from 6000 views, an excellent total that will grow over time.

‘War Targ’ is 804 views away from reaching 25,000 views, hopefully it will get to that milestone soon as 25,000 is cause for a good celebration.

‘The Day the Federation Stood Still’ is now just 160 views away from reaching 2000 views, do check this fan film out, it has a very nice storyline and you got to see the Lower Decks uniform in live action before Strange New Worlds too.

It appears that non-English fan films struggle to gain traction in the fan film world, the films by FSFilm and the Starfleet Legends Act I and II for example lag behind the pack despite being of good quality.

That’s the news for this week, plenty to look forward to in the future.

Until next time, be good to each other.
