The 2024 Trekzone Fan Film Awards have officially wrapped as the prize packs have arrived at their destinations in the United States and Germany.

I really love that Potemkin Pictures put the prize pack in their transporter room, it was a nice touch, really love the creativity that they have over there and look very much forward to seeing what they do in the future.

The Euderion team were very happy with everything and that’s a really good thing, they made a great fan film, and they deserved every bit of their success in The 2024 Trekzone Fan Film Awards.

Double Coat Tim Tams, it is pretty easy to determine the taste of them, it is basically two regular Tim Tams in one, so technically you’re eating 18 Tim Tams, I actually had a pack of them myself last week, if you want them to last longer, don’t have them slightly melted as they just go right down your throat, and you want another one and another one and it becomes a serious problem.

The good old Vegemite, we’ve gone easy on people this year but if you get the mix of 50/50 or in favour of butter/margarine then you’ll have a nutritious lunch, the wrong mix has caught out so many people, some people have had it raw for viral making reasons.

Too bad we can’t send any Bundaberg Rum overseas that would have been interesting, next year we may continue with the prize packs or just donate to charity instead, it is far too early to decide what to do.

The messages that we get from fan films makes every moment and every dollar spent on The 2024 Trekzone Fan Film Awards worth it, perhaps our awards help inspire fan films to keep on making them, maybe we help people discover fan films they haven’t heard of before.

We had done better than 2023 and that’s something special, you know you’ve done good when things are up on the previous year, and we almost got away with not angering anybody, our count of one this year is way under par, Kim Jong-Il under par levels really.
