101 days to go until the Best of 2024 List is published, Sunday will be a great day as we hit the 100 days to go mark.

It was a big week as we got to see the trailer for Farragut Forward, they had a very successful fundraising campaign, almost hitting the $50,000 USD fundraising limit, something that probably hasn’t been done since the guidelines came into effect.

October 1 is the big day for Farragut Forward, will the fan film be smash hit, or will it struggle to find an audience, it appears that subscriber size does matter when it comes to video releases, but some do get lucky and go well above subscriber totals.

Starfleet Legends Act III was released just under a week ago and is approaching 1,000 views, if you’re looking for a fan film that features Captain Christopher Pike, Captain Kelvar Garth and Commodore Robert T. April plus characters like Commander Charlotte May, Lieutenant Errin Morran, Specialist Jaques Lafleur and more, then Starfleet Legends Act III is the fan film for you.

Approaching 5,000 views for Potemkin Pictures is ‘Night Shift’ while ‘The Polyphemus Program’ is approaching 10,000 views, hopefully the two fan films reach their milestones in the next couple of weeks so we can celebrate those milestones.

Approaching 3,000 views is ‘Undercover’, it was released on September 9 and it has passed the total of ‘Unfinished Business’.

‘Undercover’ also has 100 thumbs up ratings, so it has done quite well since release.

‘Deep Space K-7’ has received over 34,000 views since it was released on September 7, it has also received over 2,600 views.

That’s the news and views for this week, it is great to see the fan films being watched and being liked by viewers as well.

Until next time, be good to each other.
