There are 230 days to go until The 2026 Trekzone Fan Film Awards are here and there are 39 days to go until we publish Trekzone and MTM’s Best of 2025 List.

The latest fan film from Potemkin Pictures is the Starship Webster Creative Group produced ‘The Kinda Terrible, Really Horrible, Sorta Good Week’ and this one has Lieutenant Commander Kelley in the thick of the action, make sure you watch it and see how it was a kinda terrible, really horrible and sorta good week for Lieutenant Commander Kelley.

At this time of writing, the fan film has almost 9,000 views, a great total so far.

Coming in at almost a whopping two hours in length is ‘Recalled’ by Aftermath, this fan film comprises of a mix of pictures and video with voice acting added in.

It stars Stephen Gesinski Captain Alex Gabriel, Captain Gabriel was recruited to command a new starship and on his first mission in command of the ship, he has to deal with various conflicts and resolve them.

Starship Mojave has moved up to episode 27, this episode is called ‘Mojave’, it is the fourth episode to be made this year so once on average of three months providing none are released in December is a great strike rate.

FSFilm have released a new biography video, it is one on Lieutenant Otarie and it runs for just over five minutes, it is nicely put together, you have the narration, visuals that are panels, some of them are animated, it is nicely put together, and viewers have the choice of English, Polish or Czech.

Work continues on the return of Aurora, there is a new Channel Trailer, and it is good to see life in Aurora, it was quite an interesting production and hopefully the new creations will hold the same amount of interest as it had done so in the past.
