Trekzone and MTM are proud to announce the creation of the ‘Best of 2023’ list especially today as it is Star Trek Day.

Making the 2023 Trekzone Fan Film Awards was overall a fun experience despite the unpleasantness that was encountered and so we could not wait to have some more fun in the fan film world.

The ‘Best of 2023’ list will honour many of the fan films that were released over the course of the year.

This is different to the Trekzone Fan Film Awards as the 2023 Trekzone Fan Film Awards focused on fan films that were released during the majority of 2022 and the beginning months of 2023.

Therefore, the list will not be matching the Trekzone Fan Film Awards winners category for category as some winning of the fan films were made in 2022 and therefore have to be replaced.

There are no nominations to make this list, there are no fees to pay, there are no prizes to give out just a list containing what we believe are the best for each category.

We look forward to presenting you this list on New Years Eve 2023 and end the year in style.
