Axanar has claimed that CBS is conspiring with AxaMonitor and has put Shawn O’Halloran front and centre of claims.
For those who don’t know, Alec Peters and Shawn O’Halloran clashed at Dragoncon a couple of years ago after weeks of people calling each other cowards for not meeting face-to-face, Shawn went up to Alec, Shawn shown Alec a paper that had what Alec said, Alec slapped down Shawn’s phone, Shawn retrieved his phone from Alec’s hands as he was scrolling through it, both got chucked out of the convention, Alec got charged, Alec filed a TPO, Alec got the TPO approved, Alec’s case against him got dismissed.
A TPO does not make a person a convicted stalker, there was no Stalking charge, there was no plea deals, no trial, there was no verdict, it is a false statement, and it could be challenged legally if time and expense warrant it.
You can watch the encounter here and watch the Police side of events here and come to your own conclusions.
There is no leadership structure in AxaMonitor just admins and Shawn is not an admin and hasn’t been for years, the group description is not current, he is merely a major poster in the group.
Just a couple of months ago, the labelled author of Axanar’s piece came to MTM and said in a conversation about a quiet time in the fan film world ‘because the cowards in other groups don’t want to face Axanar supporters directly.’ and when asked to elaborate the answer was directly.
The piece goes on to make claims about a couple of AxaMonitor members and a couple of CBS employees even claiming the lawyer for Loeb & Loeb ‘even lied under oath during the Arbitration last year‘ in regard to the ongoing case with Paul Jenkins.
Can the CBS employees named in the piece sue? if there is no conspiracy then this can be seen as an attempt to damage their reputation and character, this is not a game.
Is it wrong for AxaMonitor members to give Paramount and CBS information? I don’t believe it is as long as the information is correct, if the information is incorrect then of course it would be wrong.
There have been 25 reactions and two comments made about the post after four hours, it shows that the masses just aren’t around anymore or perhaps they are waiting for Axanar to be released before rushing to give something a like.
Interesting that this piece by Axanar has come up instead of commenting on the fact that ‘The Icarus Manoeuvre’ received a Cease & Desist which would have generated plenty of interest.
With legal action happening in Georgia, it has to be pondered if this piece by Axanar is designed to try and derail Paramount and CBS’ attempts to get the $292,000 and change awarded to them in California for Axanar breaching the settlement with the companies.
Until next time, be good to each other.

I think they watch any news channel and copy whatever Donald Trump is saying or doing just replacing the names and places.
