Yesterday, we woke up to the Conspiracy blog entry from Axanar, today we wake up to a blog entry claiming that CBS and Paramount violated the settlement agreement.

To put simply, one doesn’t have to guess the feelings that Alec Peters has for the Loeb & Loeb lawyer, it is interesting that a practicing lawyer did not write that letter, they would have been much politer for starters.

An ‘Axanar After Dark’ is planned for tomorrow, who knows what will happen then, hopefully nothing to make the situation worse.

If Axanar are hoping for people to go at CBS and Paramount like they did years ago, they will have to try harder, there are 76,000 followers on Axanar’s page, the post about conspiracy at this time received 39 reactions, that is around 0.05% of all followers.

Hopefully none of these actions impact the future of fan films, we are all guests on CBS and Paramount’s property, and they can kick us out anytime they feel like it and the way that some of the people like to walk all over CBS and Paramount’s rights, we would deserve it.
