The Gathering Storm is gone from YouTube, the fan film was doing respectable business with over 107,000 views at last check before it was noticed it had been pulled.

This development will no doubt fire up those who believe that Paramount and CBS are bad corporations and are in the wrong for picking on Axanar.

Some believe that this action by CBS and Paramount was expected and the Axanar team hoped for it in order to keep Axanar going through public support and donations in particular for its upcoming documentary.

It is believed that the hiring of professionals outside of those who were used in Prelude to Axanar and were allowed to be retained for The Gathering Storm is one reason why the fan film is no longer on YouTube.

The Axanar Saga may now be far from over just days after it appeared that it may be coming to a conclusion after more than a decade of twists and turns.

One thing is for certain, the gathering storm has turned into a full on storm and its name is CBS and Paramount.
